Sea and Sip Lenten Cooking Class

Reel your partner in for an exciting evening cooking together!
In this hands-on class, participants will make Smoked Salmon Cakes with Dijon Aioli, and Classic Shrimp Scampi over Linguine with a white wine butter sauce.
Our own Chef Don Ritenour will also lead participants through some culinary basics such as knife skills and safe food handling, especially for seafood.
Just bring your partner and your favorite white wine and we’ll take care of the rest!
