Freshly made nutritious meals are rotated weekly with unique recipes that provide a healthy alternative to other fast and casual options. Simply place your order online for the desired amount of fresh prepared meals you’d like to receive by Thursday at Midnight to secure your order for the following week.

Place Your Order
Place your meal prep order by Thursday at Midnight to secure your order for the following week. Choose from one of several different meal packs and plans to suit your needs. Menus rotate on a weekly basis to ensure recipes stay interesting and fresh!
Pick-Up Or Delivery
We have pick-up locations placed around the Youngstown area for your convenience. Browse from a list of fitness facilities, businesses and meeting places to find a YoFresh pick-up near you! House calls are also available as an option for meal delivery. All pickups and deliveries occur Sunday evening.
Heat + Enjoy
Every prepared meal comes complete with nutritional information and are prepackaged in containers that can be stored and reheated at your convenience. Just relax and enjoy!
